1. Purpose and Legal Status

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") defines permitted and prohibited uses of the websites, platforms, dashboards, applications, APIs, and execution interfaces (collectively, the "Services") made available within the Polar Tensor™ group.

This Policy forms part of the binding terms governing access to the Services and must be read together with the applicable Terms of Use, customer agreements, and legal disclosures.

2. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all users accessing the Services provided through or in connection with:

  • Polar Tensor™ Corp. (technology and execution interfaces)
  • Polar Tensor™ US LLC (U.S. and non-EU client access)
  • Polar Tensor™ Europe SP ZOO (EU client access)
  • Polar MSB Inc. (payment-related interfaces, where applicable)

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Services solely for their intended, lawful purposes, including:

  • accessing account information provided by the applicable licensed entity;
  • initiating execution-only functionality following explicit user activation;
  • managing deposits, withdrawals, or payment functions where authorised; and
  • viewing informational, educational, or factual content.

Use of the Services must at all times comply with:

  • applicable laws and regulations;
  • contractual obligations; and
  • this Policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, directly or indirectly:

4.1 Unlawful or Abusive Use

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
  • violate sanctions, export controls, or AML/CFT laws;
  • facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

4.2 System Misuse

  • interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or related infrastructure;
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • bypass or circumvent security or compliance controls.

4.3 Technical Abuse

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, models, or algorithms;
  • use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without express authorisation;
  • introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.

4.4 Misrepresentation

  • misrepresent your identity, residency, or eligibility;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4.5 Commercial or Competitive Misuse

  • use the Services to develop or operate competing products or services;
  • exploit data, outputs, or interfaces for unauthorised commercial purposes;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services without permission.

5. Data and Content Integrity

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit:

  • is accurate and lawful;
  • does not infringe third-party rights; and
  • complies with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

The group does not assume responsibility for user-provided content.

6. Security Obligations

You must:

  • safeguard login credentials and access keys;
  • promptly notify the applicable entity of suspected unauthorised access or security incidents; and
  • cooperate with reasonable security or compliance investigations.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

To the extent permitted by law, the group may:

  • monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Policy;
  • investigate suspected violations; and
  • take appropriate action where misuse is identified.

Such action may include warnings, suspension, termination of access, or reporting to authorities where legally required.

8. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • immediate suspension or termination of access;
  • termination of contractual relationships;
  • forfeiture of access rights or licences; and
  • civil or criminal liability, where applicable.

9. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of this Policy does not constitute a waiver of rights.

10. Amendments

This Policy may be amended from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
